ITALIAN SWORD. (END OF THE 15th / PRINCIPLES OF THE 16th)
Modern interpretation of a sword of Italian origin from the late 15th or early 16th centuries.
The idea was not to make an exact reproduction, but to adapt the aesthetics of the original to a model suitable for practice without losing its essence. Although the measurements are similar to the original, the total weight and shape of the pommel vary, also the space in the rings and the handguard.
Guard forged in stainless steel, pommel forged in iron. Octagonal section handle in white oak wood and waxed leather. The blade is a Hanwei model adapted to the desired dimensions.
Total length: 103cm
Blade length: 88cm
Weight: 850g
PoB: 10cm
